Big Island Hawaii Map of Average Rainfalls

On the Big Island the Average rainfall ranges from areas that only get 10-20 inches of rain, to areas that get over 300 inches of rain a year. 300 inches!

On this Big Island Hawaii Map page, you will find 2 maps of the average rainfall on the Big Island.

The one on the right has less detail, but you can see how the rainfall is affected by the trade winds. There is a pattern you can clearly see, if you look at the map of how the tradewinds hit the Big Island, and the map showing the average rainfall.

The Map of the Big Island Below shows in great detail the range of rainfall on the Big Island, it is definitely one of the best maps on this subject I have ever seen.
