For years now, the county has been stating they cannot afford to complete Lako Street to give the residents along Ali'i Drive another Tsunami exit. I believe that saving lives is more important than convenience...Hawai'i County should get their priorities straightened out. Finish the long awaited Lako Street extension!!! PLEASE!!!
