Parker School Hosts 11th Annual George Heneghan Fun Run

The September 26, 2010 George Heneghan Fun Run drew 130 Big Island runners of all ages and abilities from Kona to Hilo. The field included 44 Keiki running in a 1K and 86 others running the 5K race course with the daunting ?Knob Hill? at its midpoint.



Proceeds of the event benefit the Athletic and Physical Education Programs at Parker School. Mahalo to all participants and volunteers, Mamane Bakery, Palani French Bakers, Starbucks, Parker School Parent Teacher and Student Organization for generously donating delicious refreshments and baked goods for the event; and to Ace Hardware for donating the safety pins.
