Theodora and daughter, Monika Mallick (husband, Charles Ensey) are mega developers with huge land holdings and developments both on the Big Island, Oahu, and mainland, including 1,598 acres behind this illegal gate.

Someone should research Enriques’ campaign contributors in detail, at least the ones that are reported. We don’t know all the names of Mallick’s holdings; thus, it’s difficult to decipher how much they are actually contributing to Enriques, under different names. Many of his contributions are from Oahu and mainland, including developers. What’s the connection here? Also, there has been rumors about the connection of this Mallick 1,598 acre parcel and Nani Kahuku Developer’s 16,456-acre parcel makai of HOVE. Wouldn’t it be sweet to privatize this road, develop both of these huge land parcels into hotels, homes, golf courses, condominiums, malls, resorts, airport, etc….turn it into a gated playground for the ultra rich, with a private road that leads down to the famed Green Sands beach in South Point? Enriques is poised for this as he has manipulated the appointments to the Ka’u CDP steering committee in order to push his agendas. No wonder he objected to site visits/public hearings, and will not participate in voter’s guides. The public needs to know about Enriques’ lies NOW, before the election. We cannot afford to have those with ties to special interests make decisions for our island.
