Suppose sovereignty was granted to Hawaii and based on other countries the following would happen. NO ENTITLEMENTS, citizens of Hawaii would not be eligible for Medicare, Medicad, no SS checks, USA investors would have to pay foreign cooperate taxes,federal jobs done away with. Tourism would decrease because of the deterioration of roads and building, some of us will not spend a dollar in a foreign country, to visit Hawaii, vistas and other documents would be required by both governments
