You will see large painted signs on the side of the road saying "Cafe Nasturtium" with a large flower painted on it. A cozy little South-Kona restaurant tucked away in a red-orange house. They only serve great-tasting organic, some vegetarian, some vegan, food here. Fresh soups and sandwiches are made special daily,(Such as creamy basil broccoli soup, and spiced tofu and sprout sandwiches) along with some tropical home made desserts. However, this place is definitely ran mom-and-pop shop style, meaning they take their time making their dishes and are open when they feel is necessary. Call ahead to make sure it's open, they are closed on weekends, and they accept Mastercard and Visa. |
