Roy's restaurants are well known for top-notch seafood entrées prepared with a pan-Asian twist. Some of our favorite examples include the blackened island ahi with spicy soy-mustard-butter sauce, or jade-pesto steamed Hawaiian whitefish with cilantro, ginger, and garlic.
