PUNA CHEFS' AND FARMERS' CULINARY FESTIVAL 2011

From October 22-29, kamaaina and visitors will gather at Kalani to experience the vibrant home-grown cuisine of Puna.

The Puna Chefs' and Farmers' Culinary Festival will include:

-> Opening Harvest Festival, Dance and Featured Chef Dinner - Saturday 22 October

-> Farm-to-Fork: A full week of culinary classes, farm and market tours, and activities, Saturday 22 - Saturday 29 October

->Two special tasting dinners prepared by local guest chefs, Monday 24 and Thursday 27 October

-> Halloween Murder Mystery Dinner: "The Last Supper", Friday Oct 28th
